Lao Tse no fundo ninguna escuela. No sintio el deseo ni la necesidad de hacerlo, porque no tenia la intencion de difundir una doctrina. Vislumbro las grandes conexiones universales, y vertio dificultosamente lo visto en palabras, dejando a otros espiritus afines de epocas posteriores la tarea de seguir sus indicaciones y de contemplar por si mismos el conjunto del mundo y las verdades que el descubrio. Lo cierto es que en todos los tiempos han existido pensadores capaces de elevar su vision por encima de los fenomenos pasajeros de la vida humana hacia el eterno sentido del proceso cosmico, cuya grandeza desafia toda conceptualizacion.
